Inchcolm

Inchcolm is an island on the Firth of Forth known for its 13th century Abbey and being the home to nesting seabirds. It makes for a fantastic day out from Edinburgh and is a refreshing escape from the city. That’s how this pattern makes me feel: it’s refined and clean but, if I close my eyes, I can imagine the wind in my hair and pulse of the waves against the hull of the boat taking me off for a day full of adventure.
